By participating in any Marisol class, private session, workshop, or event, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risk, including the risk of injury.
You agree that:
- You are physically able to participate.
- You are responsible for listening to your body and working within your limits.
- You will inform instructors of injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions prior to participation.
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Marisol instructors may offer modifications, but you are responsible for your own participation choices.
All services are for general fitness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or managing a medical condition.
All classes, private sessions, memberships, and packages must be booked through our scheduling platform (Arketa). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.
All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, offerings, and pricing at our discretion.
Cancellation policies, late arrival rules, and no-show fees are enforced to maintain fair access to classes. Specific policies are communicated at booking and may be updated from time to time. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry once class has begun.
Packages and memberships:
- Are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
- May have expiration dates or usage limits.
- Are subject to specific terms at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and may be used only for eligible Marisol services.
All website content, branding, class formats, and materials are the property of Marisol unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
We use third-party providers such as Arketa, Stripe, Flodesk, Showit, and Google Analytics. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or performance of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marisol and Fernweh Movement, LLC are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation in classes, use of our services, or use of our website.
By participating, you agree to release Marisol, its owners, instructors, and contractors from all claims related to your participation.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with its functionality or security.
Clients must be 16 years or older to participate. Clients under 18 require parental consent.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
