We are committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for every client. Please take a moment to review our studio policies before your visit.
Your safety is our highest priority. Please let your instructor know before class if you have any injuries, medical conditions, recent surgeries, or are pregnant. This allows us to provide appropriate modifications and ensure the safest experience possible. If you prefer to share this information privately, you're always welcome to contact the studio before your visit.
Socks are required for all classes and grip socks are recommended. They help improve stability, protect our equipment, and keep the studio clean for everyone. If you forget yours, a selection of grip socks are available for purchase in the studio.
All group classes require at least 12 hours' notice to cancel. Cancellations made 12 or more hours before class will not incur a charge. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the class or session. In addition, no-shows for group classes are subject to a $10 no-show fee.
Private sessions require 24 hours' notice to cancel. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
All cancellations must be made through the Marisol app or by logging into your account on our website. We are unable to accept cancellations by email, voicemail, text message, or social media.
Please arrive a few minutes before class so you have time to settle in. To provide the best experience for everyone, clients who arrive more than 5 minutes after class begins may not be permitted to enter. In addition, if you are not inside the studio at the start of class, your spot may be offered to a client on the waitlist.
Please note the expiration date associated with your package or membership at the time of purchase. We are unable to extend package expiration dates, so we encourage you to plan your visits accordingly.
All purchases are final. Classes, packages, memberships, private sessions, and retail purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a studio credit is issued at our discretion, it may be applied toward another service or retail purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Occasionally, instructor schedules may change due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. While we do our best to notify clients whenever possible, Marisol reserves the right to substitute instructors at any time.
If weather impacts our schedule, class cancellations will be reflected on our online schedule. We will also notify clients by email and text messages..For private sessions, please communicate directly with your instructor if weather conditions are questionable.
Please silence your phone before entering the studio. We do not allow cell phones at your mat. If you need to keep your phone nearby for an emergency, please let your instructor know before class.
We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable studio. Our equipment is cleaned throughout the day, and the studio is professionally cleaned on a regular basis. Disinfecting wipes are available if you wish to wipe down your equipment before class, and we ask that all clients sanitize their mat and any props they use after class.
